Folks, life sometimes throws us curves. This time around, it is an employee surgery that has us on our heels. First of all, I want to stress we will continue to provide authorized service and parts sales. Unfortunately, there will be some delays. Beginning Monday, April 15, 2019, all portable power tools will be shipped from our location to the appropriate factory service centers (i.e. if you drop off a Makita cordless impact, it will be shipped to Buford, GA for repair).
We will be bearing the extra packaging and shipping costs so we will have to enforce the estimate charge. All items left for repair will be subject to a non-refundable $18.00 repair deposit.
We expect there to be a 2-6 week lead time for portable,hand-held power tools(hand drills, circular saws, nail guns, etc.). For benchtop (miter saws, mag drills, portable compressors, etc.), expect a 3-6 week repair cycle. Stationary tools (tablesaws, dust collectors, jointers, etc.) will take approximately 4-6 weeks to repair. Part orders may take a little extra time as well.
Please know that this is not an ideal situation for any of us, so we appreciate your patience and your business. To help, we will not be charging any additional transportation costs to our customers and hope this makes up a little for having to put up with delays.
